I was a big fan of The Peanuts Movie a few years back. The character designs were spot on and the story was filled with humor and heart. My favorite sequences were when Snoopy was fantasizing about battling the Red Baron. Kudos to whoever story-boarded those, they had a lot of cool action shots.
Vader doesn't stand a chance! Lovely concept!
ReplyDeleteAnd not to put too fine a point on it... please go out and vote today. I'm kinda hoping tomorrow will be a patriotic mix up... Maybe Captain America, the Patriot, Wonder Woman, and Uncle Sam.
Go get 'em, Snoopy!
ReplyDeleteI just hope Calvin and Hobbes aren't among the Imperial Storm Troopers.
@Anonymous -
ReplyDeleteAccording to STF #1967 they're too busy with the Wampa to help the Empire.

Thanks, Mike. Always good to know.
ReplyDeleteI mean, can you imagine the chaos if Spaceman Spiff became theprotege of Boba Fett?
@Anonymous: the Rebel Alliance wouldn't stand a chance against that duo.
ReplyDeleteAs another idea, how about Pokemon in Bedrock; with some of their powers, pokemon would be useful appliance parts.
ReplyDeleteContinuing about Pokemon in Bedrock, in a Charlton comic featuring the Flintstones, the electrosauraus whose make-shift hiding place switched Fred's and Bamm-Bamm's strengths was likely enough a de facto electric pokemon.
ReplyDeleteCorrections, it's Gold Key (not Charlton) comics' Flintstones #32,
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of the Christmas song. Merry CHRISTMAS!
ReplyDeleteYou mean, "Snoopy's Xmas" by the Royal Guardsmen?
ReplyDeleteLOL!
Sorry; I just pictured Grandmaster Snoke's bodyguards with musical instruments.
Cover of the month!
ReplyDeleteI liked the Peanuts Movie, especially the ending! ;)
