Uh oh, I just realized that I am probably going to be having some ham for Easter dinner today. I hope posting this cover isn't bad mojo! At any rate, it would be fun to watch the funny animal heroes of Marvel and DC interact, and Peter Porker crossing paths with Peter Porkchops would be a good place to begin.
Stay tuned tomorrow for an announcement regarding changes for Super-Team: Family: The Lost Issues!

ReplyDeleteOminous tidings for Super-Team Family. Well, we ARE coming up to the 365th issue, which would mark a one-year anniversary (if STF was actually a daily comic book). Some sort of adjustment is acceptable.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing what's coming next. No matter what happens, thank you so much for a very surprising and enjoyable blog. Job well done!
Captain Carrot was one of the first titles I brought as I began my collection as a kid in the 1980s (along with All Star Squadron, New Teen Titans, & JLA). Pig Iron was immediately my favorite, especially when he went up against the Wuzwolf (his old friend Wolfie would turn into a....crazy man, I guess, every full moon!) Roy Thomas was a nutty writer!!!
ReplyDelete@ my namesake: But, in this case, the phrase "porcine power" makes it sound like there should be some kind of protest march depicted. Complete with wooden signs!
