Besides The Emperor, there aren't many characters out there that Darth Vader would willingly be a subordinate to. I think Galactus might be an exception, though. The lure of the power cosmic could be just enough to convince him to form an alliance. It would be fun to watch the universe tremble at the coming of this tag-team!

Awesome!
Was hoping to see The Watcher vs. The Guardians of Oa, but I'll take this instead! Now how about Captain Carrot & the Amazing Zoo Crew vs. the Adolescent Radioactive Black Belt Hamsters?
ReplyDeleteI have a Watcher/Guardians cover coming up. Captain Carrot will make an appearance as well.
ReplyDeleteCan we have a mash-up of as many Black superheroes across companies that can fit on a page? ....or Icon and Bishop from X-Force will do as well ;o)
ReplyDeleteDamn, that's good. A brilliant concept, well rendered.
ReplyDeleteGreat cover! All you need now is this team to take on Darkseid and his new ally--Darth Sidious!
ReplyDeleteA perfect example of CAMP
ReplyDeleteAs dream teams this would go, this would definitely be a real nightmare.
ReplyDeleteWell done, Ross!
After the original Star Wars, Lord Vader became Flanderized into this all powerful, too important thing and as the Sith developed you knew he acted Lawful Evil to the parlance and not chaotic at all.
ReplyDeleteThe Princess realized his leash was being held by Tarken so there was a sense he was as much a cog in the wheel as she was. Both important, but not central.
