Captain Universe and Plastic Man

I wonder just who is wielding the Uni-Power this time out?  That certainly doesn't look like Woozy Wink's physique, so I think we can rule him out.

  1. Maybe it's Eel O'Brian's semi-distant relative: ex-cop-turned Ravencroft Guardsman Michael O'Brien.

    1. Or maybe it's Robert Goldstein, formerly estranged son of Victor J. Goldstein. The Golden Age Mister E! Which would be more fitting, as I recognize that shadow-creature as a Klyntarian offshoot that called itself...Mr. E (from when Micronauts' alumnus Steve Coffin was briefly Capt. Universe).

Bob Greenwade would certainly love the synchronicity.

    2. Not bad, Anon... but personally I'd just go with Lamont Cranston.

    1. Or his slightly more Marvel-ous counterpart: Rick Jones. I mean, doesn't he already have some kind of link to the Uni-force (or whatever it's called) from the original Kree-Skrull War?

    2. @Anon1201: you're thinking of the Destiny Force, which is slightly different from the Uni-power. Although, come to think of it, not so much different that Rick couldn't conceivably become Capt. Universe, himself, in a mainstream Marvel mag in the (hopefully) very near future.

    1. As in, John Dee alias Doc Destiny? A natural assumption. But, I think he was preoccupied "haunting" Arkham Asylum, last Friday. Possibly as a front man for Nightmare Incarnate!
