The first thing most people might say is that, given his solar powers, Birdman has the edge should Two-Face pull any chicanery. But, opposing councsel would then be obliged to remind the court that Two-Face had prior dealings with the In-Betweener (@ STF #5050) which may have left him just as cosmically enhanced.
Either way, you've provided irrefutable evidence that this clash would be unusually exciting. :-)
Maybe they can get together and sue WBDiscovery over the new Supergirl flick. I just got back from seeing it. A Saturday afternoon matinee on Opening Weekend...and only seven people in the theater (me included)? Not encouraging!
Even at its campiest, the 1984 original version with Helen Slater was twice as good as this supposedly more "serious" reboot.
Maybe Harvey Birdman could meet She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.
