Because of a certain cosmic menace that was faced once before by Triton's cousin Blackbolt as well as by Ralph and his partner Moon Knight (@ STF #'s 4777 and 4961, respectively) . Picture, if you can, a sequel entitled... "The Perilous Plunge of Mr. Universe"!
