Whenever I saw that glowing sword of Dreadstar's, it always kind of reminded me of a Light Saber. His sword grants him all kinds of special abilities, but how would it fare against the fabled Jedi weapon? I'd say that it is time to find out!

From what I've read about Dreadstar's sword, I'd say Vader's lightsaber had better be Soulcalibur in disguise!

DeleteNow this is a great confrontation Ross, it would be a wicked showdown. As far as I know, lightsabers never had any mystic properties like a sword from LOTR or other legends. But a Jedi knew how to get the most out any tool or object I suppose. Now I wonder if the High Lord Papal would be tempted to take on the Emperor himself. Next: Darth Vader battles Commander Koenig as the Sith Lord tries to convert Moonbase Alpha into a new Death Star.
ReplyDeleteLightsabers are canonically stopped by Beskar steel, so why couldn't Dreadstar's weapon? Anon@7:40 may not be far off the mark.
