The Totalitarians (Vs. One Punch Man)

I've been getting requests for The Totalitarians to return for a third appearance, but it was tricky to find an opponent that could provide a challenge for such a powerful team. Then, I also received some requests for One Punch Man to make his STF debut - he seemed like the prefect choice to up against this villainous team.

  1. WHOA! If the Totalitarians are the irresistible force, would that make One-Punch Man the immovable object...or the prime mover?

  2. This is great work, showing Totalitarians have great humor at all. As Donald Trump had won the 2024 presidential election, hopefully we will soon do another Captain America Super Team Family issue.

    2. OK! Being serious, now; in honest answer to your question, I think One Punch would just wait until the Super Skrull was in Human Torch mode. He'd then sock the guy into Amazo, who'd probably have a system crash due to the pyrophobia he assimilated from the Martian Manhunter!

  5. Maybe the Totalitarians could have a recruit membership drive and try to enlist DC’s Silver Age Replikon? Maybe Replikon could defeat some major hero as a test to join them?

    1. Considering that Xum is a gaseous life form, why not have him take on Team F.A.R.T. ?

    3. @Anon822: alright, then. How about One-punch Man vs. the Sentry? As he's the only Marvel superhero who's his own arch-enemy (=The Void)!

  6. @Simon: One Punch Man is from a two-season anime program. The last I recall, it's streaming on Hulu.

    1. Besides which, Morph was based on the Silver Age mutant anti-hero Changeling. Most famous for impersonating Prof. X during the interval the real one was preparing a telepathic counter-offensive against the approaching Z'nox space pirates.

  8. Love the Composite Superman by Engblom, did he also do the Superskrull? Those two really made this cover come alive.

  11. Rather late to the party, but why not have the Totalitarians face off against Captain Planet?

    1. Or, failing that, Capt. Planet vs. Galactus?
