Wolverine and The Atom Vs. Aliens
Who is more prepared to take on a Xenomorph? A berserker scrapper or a shrinking scientist? Why not cover all the bases and have them join forces? It would be a fun battle to watch play out, anyway!
Jimmy vs. the Xenomorphs alone would be a bloodbath. Ray's a good partner for him today, though, since he can take the opportunity to deal with the problem at its root: how did these critters get to Earth?
An interesting situation! Could even the adamantium in Logan's bones stand up to the hyper-acidic blood of a xenomorph? Would his healing factor be able to cancel out implantation of an embryonic one by a Phase I hatchling? The Atom would certainly able to shrink beyond the sensory range of one of those pseudo-molluscan vectors.* He might even be able to remove the embryonic xenomorph in question before it burst out of the chest of a Phase II host! But, could even he penetrate the exo-skeleton of a Phase III adult at the sub-atomic level? Or would the polarized silicon act like a sort of forcefield?
Like the total quantity of bites required to get to the core of a Tootsie Pop...the world may never know.
ok - this is really off the wall ! Bob , they may be somewhere in space as both have traveled beyond the earth many times. the scientist is who i would be worried about as it’s a case of learning and curiosity vs survival instincts, and Ray is very Curious… + how does Wolverine survive the pain of the Aliens Acid which just keeps burning.
Wolverine had a 4-issue miniseries last year about his battles with a Predator over the course of more than a hundred years, but the closest he's come to xenomorphs was the 616 Brood, who implanted an embryo in him that his healing factor rejected with gusto.
The Atom may have access to files written by Batman, Superman, and the Green Lanterns regarding xenomorph battles, so he might be more prepared than Logan.

A better question would be: "Has Wolverine ever taken on one of the Predators?"
