Still no casting announcements for The Fantastic Four? I figured that we would have heard something by now. The upcoming Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is being touted as the end of Marvel's cinematic Phase Four, and there are strong rumors that Dr. Doom will be teased in that film, so I have to believe that we'll start hearing some FF news once it has been released.
Cyborg has been allies with Reed Richards ever since he temporarily took Ben Grimm's place in the Fantastic Four as depicted way back on a cover from 2012...
i laughed all morning when i saw Lois Lane interacting with the Watcher. Just like salt & pepper. Great pairing. As for Reed and Victor on hacking the U.N., that was a great idea. Well done.
ReplyDeleteUatu: "There was this one time when David Nelson Junior teamed up with his Uncle Kent to battle Lord Misery...
ReplyDeleteLois: "Nice try! But, I was asking about CLARK Kent...and Scott Lang's cousin Lana."
Somehow, I think most of your readers would enjoy the second story a lot more than the primary tale. LOL!
If Lois & Uatu had happened earlier in STF's history, it would've made a great framing device for historical stories (taking place in the Silver Age and earlier). "One tale that might interest you, Ms. Lane, is when Booster Gold encountered Conan the Barbarian...."
ReplyDeletePS: Could the Planet of the Apes have a Stargate?
Do Martians attack in the woods? ;-D
ReplyDelete@Bob Greenwade: In the Ross-verse, they do. How else could the Howling Commandos (see STF #3841); Indiana Jones (see STF #3198) and Sgt. Rock (see STF #2019) wind up there? Except, of course, via the Langford Stargate.
ReplyDeleteIt is inconceivable, to me, that the Nazis didn't try some kind of occult experimentation with that thing during World War II. If nothing else, it would sure have provided a nice time travel story while Jack O'Neil was still a main character.
