For the conclusion to our Three-Part Epic, we see that thankfully, Hank Hall's injuries were not fatal - but in the meantime, there's still work to be done! It might be interesting to see how this pairing operates together without Hawk's participation.
The relationship between Hank Hall-as-Hawk and Dawn-Marie-as-Dove was like oil and water. The relationship between the Hall brothers was like oil and fire! But, with the Falcon and Dove? It should be more like oil and vinegar...on a pleasantly tossed salad.
ReplyDeleteThe Falcon's outfit, in this image, reminds me very strongly of the one worn by the Martian Manhunter back when he posed as Bloodwynd.
ReplyDeleteNothing to do with this cover, but what about Asterix meets Groo?
ReplyDelete@Cary: So we can get ready to see a little crook salad, eh?

ReplyDelete*Gets whole cookie jar, again.
@Cary: Get your own %$#@ cookie jar. Hands off mine.
ReplyDeleteBut, you fill yours with such sweeter-tasting ones! :-(
ReplyDeleteAnd we never found out whose plans they were foiling..
ReplyDeleteAn evil clone of Don Hall as the Scarlet Scarab, perhaps?
ReplyDeleteWorking with the Falcon like that would put a feather in her cap.
ReplyDeleteOoooh! Good one, Triple H! You get half of Bob Greenwade's stolen cookies.
