This is a match up I would love to see. It's always interesting to see Two-Face up against someone other than Batman and I can imagine a cool story could be woven around the fractured psyches of both characters and how they interact with one another.
The answer to my question doesn't immediately come to mind which is why I'm asking: When did Two-Face battle heroes others than Batman?
ReplyDeleteHe's tangled with the JLA, Teen Titans, and Robin, Batgirl and Nightwing solo
ReplyDeleteGreen Lantern, Green Arrow, and the Creeper
ReplyDeleteAs well
DeleteHe also teamed up with the Weaponers of Qward against the Justice League in JLA #126-126, and battled the Joker (who's not exactly a hero, but in this case...) in The Joker #1.
ReplyDeleteThis makes me think that, somewhere in Earth-STF's future, Harvey "Two-Face" Dent's double-headed quarter will be found in Warehouse 13 (which, I discover, did have a short-lived comic back in 2011).
ReplyDelete@Bob Greenwade: Oh, I can see the W13 folks tracking an artifact to the JLA Trophy Room and going bonkers over everything in there. With Plastic Man and Firestorm on monitor duty. (Or maybe that would be better on Justice League Action!)
ReplyDeleteThis would definitely give a new meaning to the term "face-off."
ReplyDeleteGood job, Ross! One down/ninety-nine to go. :-)
Damn interesting concept, especially the way Jeff Lemire is writing him now. Oh and you guys forgot the time Batman and DD teamed up to take on Two-Face and Mr. Hyde. Good story, not the best art.
ReplyDelete@ Dale: I remember most people had the opposite opinion of that crossover (lol!).
ReplyDeleteIf Two Face shows up on Gotham will he be bisexual?
ReplyDeleteHe also faced off against Cyborg once.
ReplyDeleteLieber: Harvey Dent's been on Gotham since first season. I don't think they're going to turn him into Two-Face, though.
ReplyDeleteThat coin won't do Marc Spector any good. He needs a polyhedron dice to choose between all of his personalities.
ReplyDeleteThat reminds me, we need more Badger!
ReplyDeleteBadger? We don't need no stinking Badger! [JK]
ReplyDeleteBadger? We need Toad of Toad Hall.
ReplyDelete@Bob Greenwade: GOOD ONE!
ReplyDelete@Anonymous: That's not a bad idea. Perhaps vs. Toad of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants?
@Lieber Kurtzberg: More likely, he'd team up with Mr. Freeze's new pet...a bipolar bear.
