Superman and Power Pack

Power Pack was unique in a couple of ways that has always made them interesting to me.  First, that it was a team of kids - I had of course seen teen teams, but this one featured heroes even younger, and that lent an interesting perspective.  Then there was the fact that they were all members of the same family.  I have four brothers and two sisters of my own, so I always liked stories that dealt with the relationships between siblings.  I could definitely see Power Pack being successfully translated to live action if they paid attention to these aspects when adapting the property..

  1. When Dısney brought Marvel, I thought for SURE that Power Pack would be one of the fırst projects they developed. It has Walt Dısney lıve actıon kıd fılm wrıtten all over ıt. I thought they would make ıt go head to head wıth the Spy Kıds franchıse. But now I realıse that ıt probably wont fıt ınto the plans of the Marvel Cınematıc Unıverse. Too bad.

  2. That would be a comic.
I remember a PP that had The Punisher in it. Really showed Frank's soft careing side.

  3. I agree that the Power Pack was an interesting idea that lent itself to a rather unique perspective on superheroing.
BTW, am I the only one who see the kid from "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" in the Powers?

  4. It was the bottom title that sold me on this. And I also thought PP was a cool idea.

  5. There was a pilot of a Power Pack TV show a long long time ago. I saw it on a vhs tape I bought to see some other unreleased super-hero thing.
