Skip Tracers

For this team, I wanted to come up with a group of guys that someone in hiding really would not on their trail.  I can only imagine the types of bad guys that would get this group to join forces, as most of them prefer to work alone... but that's part of what appealed to me about the concept - sort of like a comic book version of the Expendables.

  1. I would love to see a cover teaming Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) with Human Torch (Johnny Storm)- the silver age versions of these would work well together.

  2. Nowhere to run!
    Nowhere to hide!

    They WILL find you...

    Justice WILL be served...

I would go with "The Bounty Hunters" or something like that...Skip Tracers is okay, too...

  3. Oh, man... it's a shame there's really no way to include Realm Hunter's Bear Waters in this group! (Follow my link to see the only two pictures of him in existence.)

  5. As it turns out, my next team has the word "Precinct" in their title! It'll be posted in a month or so...

  6. Love it.

But AirDave, it can't be called the Bounty Hunters because Death's Head is not a bounty hunter. He's a Freelance Peacekeeping Agent, yes? ;)

  7. Nice cover Ross, but really no love for Lobo? The Main Man? The Bastiche among bastiches?

  8. I must confess I am not much of a Lobo fan, only really found him palatable in the DC Animated shows.

  9. Haven't seen the "new" (or is he old now) Vigilante in a while. Good revisit!

  10. Needs more Jonah Hex!

  11. Ah! So, it was a target dummy version of Death's Head that Jonah Hex was aiming at, 2,880 issues later. Clever!
