This is a meeting I've had in the back of my mind for a while. Of all the locales presented in the MCU movie, I am a little surprised we haven't seen The Savage Land yet. Oh well, just another thing to get to once everything is probably rebooted after Avengers: Secret Wars.

I recognize the attacker from somewhere, but can't remember where that was or who they are...
ReplyDeleteOops! forgot to ask above: That attacker is Kirby's work, yes?
ReplyDeleteYes, he's from Devil Dinosaur.
ReplyDeleteThank you. That must have been a really weird series...
DeleteVERY clever. The title of the story could be "Eclipse!"
ReplyDeleteWhich, in turn, could mean the armored guy is a Ross-verse analog of a DC Monitor trying to prevent the creation of another Eclipso (re: day-before-yesterday's cover).
DeleteI'm in orbit over this design. If only Night Girl was there as well.
ReplyDeleteMaybe she's dealing with some really dark matter. ;-)
DeleteI could be wrong, I think the Savage Lands may be tied to the X-Men property somehow. Either way, I agree with the hope to see it in the upcoming Mutant Saga.
ReplyDeleteJust a random thought: If the Light Brigade fought the Joker's Wild, could the story be titled "Light Humor"?
ReplyDeleteSpecial guest-star: everyone's favorite amalgam of Frank Castle and Edward Nygma...The Punnish Sir!
Delete@Anon604: Just for that? You get NONE of Bob Greenwade's cookiees.
