The Greatest American Hero and The Tick

This would have been a TV crossover that I would have loved to have seen. I can just imagine the superhero tips that The Tick would provide to his less confident new ally.

  1. Rest assured, I'm already smiling, Ross. Because I just got a mental image of Tom Hanks (as Baseball Bat-man) yelling at the two of them...

"Why are you smiling? There's no smiling in crime-fighting!"

  2. Of course, if they cause too much of a mess, Bob Greenwade might finally get his wish and get to see American Maid debut here (cleaning up after them)!

  3. I don't think these two shows ever aired at the same time, but hey, it's your blog.

    1. No they did not but why should that stop him? Me. I'd like to see Greatest American hero meet George Reeves' Superman despite being his simultaneous with the Chris Reeve version instead. Or maybe with Linda Carter's Wonder Woman or Adam West's Batman.

  4. Adding West's Batman, Ward's Robin, TV's Mr. Terrific, and Captain Nice could be the basis for a superhero-comedy team.

For a really bizarre pairing, though, how about The Mask... of Zorro?

  5. i LOOKED and I looked ..and it was REAL!!! Ralph!! Ross, a SPECIAL request... Today's Ralph sans the suit meets a parallel Earth version who lets our Ralph try on the Earth-2 suit. Different suit, design and abilities. Then the Earth-2 Ralph snaps back to Earthh-2 leaving our Ralph with the suit. Still no book of instructions, but new powers. He's gonna really need HELP!!!

    1. That could be the basis for a meeting between AGH2 and the Gold Lame' Mr. Terrific (per Bob Greenwade's request).
