Hellboy Vs. Aliens
Hellboy has made a career of dealing with giant monsters, so I think that a mission featuring Xenomorphs would be right up his alley. Having Mignola on the art chores would make the story even better.
Considering that it was H.R. Giger's art work that inspired their being drawn that way (way back in X-men v.1/#96 et. al.), I'm wondering if HB might not initially confuse the xenomorphs for N'garai.
I mean, Hellboy has gone up against Darkseid and Yoda has taken on Thanos. With both of those one-on-ones evidently having ended in a mutual draw. So, Big Red and Little-Shriveled-and Green might do better by double-teaming the oldest Sith still surviving from before the Old Republic was even founded!
Wow. Superb cover. One of my favorites so far…
ReplyDeleteOr HELL to the queen!!
ReplyDeleteThe event of the winter!
ReplyDeletei never thought I'd feel sorry for a xenomorph. Let alone, one of their queens!

ReplyDeleteBrilliant! The double Mignola contribution really sells it as if it is actually out there for sale.
ReplyDeleteno snow job needed!!
DeleteNext up: Hellboy and Yoda vs. Darth Andeddu!
ReplyDeleteOoops! I hit the exclamation point key instead of the question mark. Sorry about that, Chief.
DeleteNo need to be; I'd be in favor of such a two-against-one. :-)
