Catwoman and Hellboy meet Boo Berry

I am always happy to feature the artwork of Mike Mignola on this blog.  Just seeing these three together already starts a story rolling around in my mind, and having it illustrated by a master of light and dark like Mignola would truly make it into something special.

    1. The cartoon spooks-person for a line of breakfast cereals patterned after the old Universal Movie Monsters. Frankenberry (spoofing Boris Karloff with strawberry flaovring); Count Chocula (spoofing Bela Lugosi with chocolate flavoring) and Boo-Berry (spoofing Peter Lorre with blueberry flavoring).

  8. Why isn't The Tick in this one? After all, his favorite catchphrase / battlecry *is* "Spooooonnnnnnn!"

  10. It just occurred to me. That cereal company never had anything spoofing werewolves!

    1. But, they did. There was a cereal called Frute Brute (originally Fruit Brute) who was, indeed, a werewolf. (There was also Yummy Mummy and a short-lived cereal called Carmella Creeper, of whom I am not sure of the inspiration.)
